Unfortunately, I had them installed on the wheels by Tire Rack, so removing them to sell them isn't worth the effort at this point.

I drove from Fairfax to Columbia, MD to Crystal City today. Left the house at 5:30 am this morning.

I am riding on 19" CSL Reps, staggered, with General Exclaim UHP All-Seasons.

The tires are working pretty well. As long as I did not slam down the accelerator. Even when I did give a little too much gas, the DTC kicked in nicely.
Happy with the tires performance so far.

I saw 3 to 5 accidents this morning on the way to Columbia.

Drive safe everyone.

Tire Rack put Roundel stickers (yes, stickers!) over the ASA center caps. BMW center caps don't fit, or at least they don't have any at Tire Rack that fit. The stickers are made of a thick plastic and look like they are regular center caps, though, so I'm happy with them. You can't see the ASA logo through them. Also, they made it through the snow, salt, and multiple washings last year without bubbling or coming off one bit. You can call Tire Rack and ask for them.

I swapped my wheels this afternoon, outside while it was snowing. I have to drive the E90 tomorrow, no choice. I snapped a photo, and I'll post it later if I get a chance.

To those who haven't swapped their wheels yet, do yourself a favor and use anti-seize compound on the hubs before you put the new wheels on. I did that when I put on the summer tires, and they came off very easily. Without anti-seize, the wheels were difficult to remove last year, requiring several karate kicks.

I just drove home from Fairfax on summer RFTs, roads were frozen and side streets weren't plowed....

I went slow, it did fine...it did drift around the corners a bit but traction control helped...

Summer to winter tire change montage. The image may look big, but it's pretty compressed, so no need for 56K warnings.

Around March, I'll be itching to put the 18" wheels back on, but for now, I think these look good for winter wheels.

Ugh, look at all the brake dust on that 162 rim. The white streaks are from my hands from picking up the wheel. I haven't washed the car in 3 weeks because of the weather.

I drove today in my summer tyres, it did ok. Had to turn off DTC and DSC to merge from my street to the main road as there was snow left right before the main road. With DSC and DTC on the car would just stand there. The main roads are okay, except where it's shadowy, then it's icy. I think next time I will Metrio Rail...(I hate F'ing metro sometimes...people need to shower)

you know how us DC guys are like..... all discussions always steer away from the subject

To answer the question... I am planning to get Hankook Icebear 18'' for the sport rims. They are running $170 a piece 225/40/18. Not sure at this point yet.
