By the way...

A few weeks ago I got a 2011 E93 LCI as a loaner from my dealer and fell in love with those damn halo's!

How the hell did they get them so bright? I know it's LED but what do we have to do to our cars to get them to that exact color and brightness?
It was PURRRFECT!

They want them to run out and change the whole car ;-)
but they went with an uglier shaped headlight. i knew that BMW would change to the LED tail lights. they should have had them from the first E92. how do you end the E46 series with LED tail lights and go back to the original tail lights with a newer model why cant BMW just make everything top notch from the door and leave the lower class parts for honda and toyota.

Its due to the frame rate on the video camera. The LED's and fps of the camera are off-frequency creating the strobe effect.

You thought it was the new pace car headlight option, huh!

My thoughts exactly. Who the hell is going to try and fit God's water bottle in there?

I was wondering the same thing, I'm disappointed now!

I really liked the footage!

Video is nice, commentary sucks.

a) has anyone figured out the part number for the LED bulb for the corona, or is it impossible to swap?
b) has anyone figured out the part number for the LED tail lights, or is it impossible to swap?

I also thought the new lights came with a pace car headlight option...

Great video with some chessy comments though.

If BMW made the cup holder bigger, your starbucks or peets coffee will definitely scald your thighs when you make a sharp turn. It's meant for CUPS, not waterbottles.

I can't believe he said, "Xeon" headlights. I work for BMW and you wouldn't believe how many customers say that instead of "Xenon".

You'd think if you can afford a 2011 335, that you would at least be able to pronounce it's features. It's not like BMW made up the word... they've been putting XENON lights in cars since the early 90's.

True that once you've owned/driven a BMW it's hard to live without one. I just got mine a few weeks ago and was planning on keeping my older toyota....now I fell like I would never drive it again!!
