Arrow >>>>Pipe & Slippers Meet (Sun 30th Nov)

Thought we should get a date in the diary for the next Pipe & Slippers Meet and I propose Sunday 30th November.

Location to be agreed nearer the time but will be in the London area somewhere.

Expect the usual suspects including me, Carlos, Hoops, Jimbob and Big Tone. All are welcome

Will, usually just outside London in the Surrey/Kent area as there are some good driving roads Previous meets have started in Cobham, Surrey and involved drives to Goodwood in West Sussex and back.

I would obviously love and prefer an Essex meet and ride out - but its all about give and take - and some people are more prepared than others to drive out of their way to join a meet. From my personal point of view, Paul has kindly agreed to make the meal on Dec 5th slightly easier for me and my wife to attend so im more than willing to make some effort on his behalf - like i say, give and take. That said, i do think Carlos should organise a Fandago Esswah meet and i will defo be there!!!

Chaps.

I'm frighteningly low on brownie points (7 week old daughter, no sleep, etc, etc...) but have put this in the diary and will try and make it.

I'm in Nth Kent, so London, Surrey, Essex is all quite close

I think we'll stick to Surrey for this meet as me, Tone and Jimbob know the roads (and its my meet!)

Steve, thanks bud and looking forward to the meal in Canary Wharf.

Would love to do an Esswah meet but would need to plan this well in advance so I can bring the miswah and stay in Saffron Walden at the gorgeous B&B. The room was perfect for bedroom acrobatics!

Have fun, boys!

I'd love to do these meets (if I had a Porsche!) I most certainly would make the effort to turn up!

ROFL!

Your CSL is lovely and is a very special car (even if it does have only two pedals, are we ever going to stop our auto V manual debate??) I'd rather have a Porsche and I don't like being called nasty things because I drive a BMW Everyone likes Classic Cars and Porsches

Really can't afford to be buying expensive cars at the moment (not sure why I went to uni seems like all it has done is made me broke???)

The only BMWs I'd have for an everyday hack AND a fun car would be -
E30 M3
E30 325i Sport Coupe (lets face it the poor mans E30 M3!)
E46 M3 CSL?? Not sure about that bloody Automatic 'box
E92 M3
E39 M5 Quite got into these big barge cars!
E34 M5
E28? M5 - The original M5
850CSi Because they look amazing and go well and are manual!

Only one I can afford is the E30 325i Sport but I'd have to sell my lovely MG too maybe you never know what cars will be swapped in the world of Porscha!
