We're gonna use my friend's mom for a realtor. We also learned just recently that Beauvallon is currently under litigation. Therefore, we cannot get a loan from any units at the Beauvallon

Yea it sucks! We found a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo for $249,000 there!
