E91 330d - SE with 162's or M Sport

Can't decide what to order, SE with 162's or the M Sport. With similar spec the SE works out about £1,300 cheaper than the M Sport and I really like those 162s - but would miss out on the sports seats, sports suspension, thicker wheel etc.

Need help and pics if poss urgently !!

M-sport would be my choice for sure. 162s are common now, M-sport is rare, and the interior and suspension are awesome.

Hello,

I had the same choice to make with my E91 330d and ended up going for the SE package, with the sports suspension option. The reason been, personally I'm not a fan of the sports body kit, especially at the front. I much prefer the rounded look of the SE's front air spoiler.

As for the wheels yes the M Sport and 162 wheels look fantastic, but I stayed with the standard 158. Just couldn't justify the extra cost.

I can't agree more.. go for M-sport, you'll love it!
And BTW.. you could always send in a request to someone to change your M-sport wheels to the 162 if you dont like them at all.

I was in the same boat as you and ended up getting the M sport. You also get some other minor extras with the M Sport. Its really a personal choice. Am picking my car up from the dealer tommorow can't wait. i will post some pics.

Thanks for all your advice - after a final trip to a dealership today I decided to go for the E91 330d SE in Sparkling Graphite with 162s. Managed to get the car for £2.5k less than an M-Sport and to be perfectly honest I'm not too sure about the front of the M pack.

What I really wanted was the 330d engine which was truly awesome when I test drove the car.

Also gone for Dakota leather, panoramic roof, sports suspension, sport steering wheel ....

Car is for week 49 production (next week !!) and managed to negotiate a 7.5% discount with dealer (Park Lane, London) - saved £2,100 off list.

Car due before end year !!
