Epping in April?!?!

Anyone planning to go for the April 1st Street night? I have a question what is test/tune day on Saturday? I am looking to make a few passes in the 1/4 and meet some members if there are any heading up there. What is the cost? Would I need a helmet? Motorcycle helmet ok?

I want to go, I hope to have that day off, if ur car goes 13.99 or faster you will need a helmet, usually it's $20 for test and tune for the night

Thanks man. Yeah I have gone once out of state and they gave me a helmet right off for $20 of course.

ill be heading up, just completed all the engine/performance upgrades on my car. hopefully will get the lightweight rims and new tires on before then

theyll go through the regular stuff, check your engine bay, etc..ask if your car is modded blah blah..theyll ask you if you think youll run faster than a 13.99 because like jairomvp said, you will need a helmet if you go faster

Also don't forget the helmet must be a certain date can't be to old , must be m2010 and up

Nope , you can only buy them for like 150 if I remember . Buy one befor if u can find it cheaper

Update the track opens sat the 11th, i did 14.3 bone stock launching at 2500 RPMS, i hate the clutch delay valve

Thanks for the update. I am at Foxwoods over night on the 10th so I will miss opening day but hope to make it the following Wednesday.
