Shop recommendations for downpipe install on 335 xDrive

I was first researching on a DIY and read that in order to install downpipes on an xi/xDrive 335, you would have to lower the subframe a little to be able to remove the OEM downpipes and install the aftermarket downpipes. I've installed my coilovers with help, chargepipe/bov and have performed some maintenance like oil changes, spark plugs, coil packs, bumper installs, steering wheel swap, etc. I'm no professional, but able to do some things. However, subframe I'm not familiar with.

Can anyone recommend a DP install shop? I've seen Motive in Woburn mentioned on the forum. Just want to get the best price from the best shops around. Thanks in advance!

Also, if anyone has ever lowered their front subframe at home before and can let me know how to approach it, I would be greatful for that info as well!

Lowering the subframe is easy , there are a total of 6 bolts holding it up. Doing this at home with no lift is definitely not recommended at all . The angles and ways you need to get in there will kill you and you will regret starting the job . Iv done 3 installs on an Xi and all have been on a lift. Any Good Shop should can do this install

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be getting it done by someone with a lift.

I'll definitely let you know after my install, whether the mechanic is worth seeing or not.
