DME - 3100 Code 2007 335i

My 2007 335i has upgraded Intercooler, vacuum lines, CP, Cone Intakes and BOV.
I was Doing some Logs and Testing my Anti Lag
I pulled 16.1 PSI.

Then my Car began to run without any boost pressure, I initially thought my intercooler piping may have blown off but when checking everything was secure.
The Pressure On my gauge would make it all the way out of the negatives but never over 0 PSI and my car sounded N/A. I attempted to clear the codes but they would instantly reappear.

I turned the car off left it for about 40 mins
hopped in and cleared codes then started it up and drove it. To my surprise my gauges were reading Positive Boost Pressure and my turbos where Spooling Again.

Is there anyway that the wastegates could have been stuck open allowing all air spinning the exhaust side to bypass thus making no boost.

First Pull:
Boost Target: 16.5 PSI
Boost: 16.1 PSI

Second Pull:
Boost Target: 8 PSI
Boost: 0 PSI

I will do a smoke test for any vacuum Leaks when my smoke tester arrives.
But After clearing codes my car seems to be running good again.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

The only code was 3100 - DME: Boost-Pressure Control, Deactivation.
