but honestly, it hasnt rained in like 6 months. its only during the spring.

You can try looking at www.autogeek.net products.They have tutorials on detailing if you are new to detailing...

I use a foam gun with their special shampoo..Dry it with waffle towels.
clay bar it.

yeahh and sealant as well. one thing i can't get though, is how do you not leave mark on your window? no matter what towels I use, my window never looks clean from the inside.

Use a detailing towel. It does not leave streaks to the window.
