2009 328i - Radio intermittently does not power on at startup

Another thing to note they have changed the TCU 2x updated software over and over..... no results..... nothing they have done has fixed the problem.

I have one in a 2006 330XI that will startup and show the BMW logo in the Idrive screen, then shut off. Im thinking that this is related to a fuse or something related to the battery dying, and replacing the battery. Any thoughts??
