Car is kinda back alive with 19x10s, here's a quick bad dark iphone4 snap. Need fender roll, lower & alignment.

KW V2s installed finally!! pics on page 4.

Hello!

I am new to the car, the forums, and the BMW scene! But definitely not the white car scene =P

This is the car i came from...was sad to see her go:

The new ride...sadly i only have iphone4 pics of it =/ tried to edit a little. But my DSLR is somewhat MIA, trying to sell it to upgrade!

Picked up some temporary wheels for cheapppppppp. 18" VMR VB3s, 8.5 +40/9.5 +33. Had a buddy paint them ISF stock wheels color!

Surprisingly, trying to keep it easy with the modding (all irony aside) with this car.

Currently:

- CF badges & wheel caps. GF's gift to me for the new ride!
- CF license plate holder (haha).
- 18" VMR VB3s painted ISF stock wheel color.
- Roof Wing

What's planned:

- JB4, for the map 1 since I won't be touching the engine or even the exhaust. Free SSTT acquired and installed haha. 02/11/12
- Coilovers, thinking about KW V2s for the extra adjustment features. THESE ARE ORDERED! Thanks to redline motorworks!

INSTALLED!! 01/08/12
- 20% tint. - price/place found, needs to get it done - done 02/07/12
- Side reflectors painted AW. - price/place found, needs to get it done done 02/07/12
- Exterior trim black out. -price/place found, needs to get it done
- CF roof wing painted AW. - Picked up polyu ones instead - done
- M3 sideskirts. - may not be getting these...
- Some sort of trunk work, add on lip spoiler/mold/whole new trunk...this will be expensive so saving it for wayyy later in the future.
- Wheels wise, i havent decided. But currently the numbers in my head are - 19x9 or 19x9.5 up front, and 19x10.5 or 19x11 in the rear. This is planned for probably summer of 2012 lol. As i am assured of the kind of expense this will be.

Looks good and sounds like you have a plan! I also recently went from my suby back to a BMW. I have similar plans for mine... I've always like white cars and thought thats what I was gonna go with this time. Then I found a red e92 and fell in love.

Thanks! I certainly miss the wrx and its 4 doors haha. But the e92 is a whole new world!

haha I had a built STI 2.5 in my WRX with every bolt on imaginable, cryo treated/short-ratio STI RA gears, coilovers, etc......and I'd take my stock 335 ANY day of the week. Can't wait for the Accessport tomorrow morning though

Two main things i guess. Way different feel on torque, my wrx on stage 2 felt like it was much more OOF than the current stock 335. Kinda why i have Jb4 on my list although i am not looking to mod at all under the hood.

and...the AWD, i for sure will miss. But RWD has its perks haha.

Other than that, i love everything else about the 335 over the wrx!

I said the same thing about 2 months ago but this damn forum makes your mind go crazy! You will want "Map 2" SO bad, and then you'll start to justify it by saying "It's just a DP"... and then the hooks will be deep and you are done!

Well at least that's my story

LOL i sure hope i don't go down that road...kinda did with the subie haha. My wallet is a lot tighter with this car though, for several obvious reasons hehe.

since you're coming from the suby scene i should see nothing short of a flush and agressive fitment from you.

but from the looks of your plans, you know what you're doing. cant wait to see what you will do.

if it helps, grab some varrstoens, they're wide with low offsets and cheap.
