Need experts Advise on suspension

My e93 335i rides rougher than sand paper. This is my second 335 and I'm aware that they ride pretty rough with the run flats but it is just annoying to have such a sweet ride feel like a carriage. So was wondering what is the best suspension I could add to make this thing ride as smooth as possible. Here is my current setup...
Wheels are M359 19' with new non-run flats tires. Car does have a shit load of miles which is why I think my suspension might need upgrading (about 95k highway miles). It is convertible so the bumps are making the car rattle a bit. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Koni FSD struts/shocks will best suit your requirements.
New upper/lower shock mounts and strut mounts-Turner ms sells a kit.
18" wheels and tires will help ride quality for sure.
Inspect control arm and subframe bushings, get a quality alignment and enjoy.

New shocks / struts will help

Any different springs or coilovers will only make the ride worse.

I'd recommend swapping dampers and seeing how that feels.

And I think my newest 335 is WAY too smooth. I wonder if something is wrong with the suspension.

I replaced my springs, shocks and mounts @ 62K and it is a night and day difference. The tire type and brand will also make a difference. I tried multiple brands and if you want the best get PS2 or PSS if you don't have them.
