Who gets service done at BMW in Murray? I just tried all day to get a service appointment and could not get a hold of anyone to schedule my car. Tried leaving a messages on the general voicemail and with one of the advisors. Is this typical? I just got my car in May so I haven't ever been there. The car is saying it needs service and the window malfunction light is on.

window malfunction light? That's a new one to me...

Had my oil service done at BoM this week...took me about 4 days (over a weekend...) to get an appt. But that's a very simple service.

PG BMW has a X5///M to drive too
