open if you mean do you have to open the headlights to install no you just pop of plastic cover under hood and unscrew oem bulb and stick this one in and twist to lock it plug up 2 wires and that's all you do open a cover but its not taking the headlight apart very simple maybe 1 minute install time only hard part is if you have large hands its a semi tight fit kind of awkward angle so maybe 1 min - 5 min install

yes I do text me at 601466095o it lights up the rings that are closest to the grille the best but day or night its very visible its bright blue led I like it its sticks out some people aren't a fan of the blue but it catches your eye
