My 325i being built in Rosslyn (SA)

Can anyone provide some estimated en route times for ships from SA to the NY port? There's plenty of info on tracking the WW vessels and the BREMERHAVEN port. I was reading threads getting frustrated with why my car, at port of exit prior to others, still was not on a WW vessel and thin realized my car was built in South Africa. This forum is very addictive.

My car is waiting at the South African Port as of today.

Found some info on the the Sapphire Ace, you can see here that it spent some time near Saudi and that it is an Auto-Cargo-Ship. The company that owns it has a bunch of ships that end in Ace.

Here is a pic of the Sapphire Ace

I do not think your car is on that ship all ships from South Africa go to Bremerhaven Germany and then if you live on the West Coast they are put on a ship heading there . It takes 27 days to reach Germany from SA. My car is due to pull into Port Hueneme on Sunday and it came from South Africa and order was placed Jan 4 and built date 16 and ship date to Germany Feb 6 and at PH March 24 plus time it takes to get to me . You are looking at 3 months yet east coasters get there cars a tad earlier yet still awhile
