Here is my dilemma i'm sharing with you guys

I have a Eisenmann Quad exhaust which i'm currently selling and someone has given me a offer, the reason i wanted to sell it was because i was scared of my huge credit card bill but that has been sorted now. so now i can either keep the exhaust , sell the exhaust and have 1150 in my pocket or speed the money + adding a little bit more to spend on remap, intercooler ,drop in filter and a set of pads? topping power to a safe 380-400 mark.

My Eisenmann is purely cosmetic with little or no gain but its sound SOSOSOSOSOSOOSSOSOS nice, my friend say i might regret selling it ..

Have to take in to account the car is still in warranty til end of June, after i spend it i will be living in penny's lol , would it be good to remap the car and see any problems arises and get it fix under warranty then add a FMIC later and use the standard exhaust?
