As someone who cycles to work this is beyond belief. It's dangerous enough cycling on roads without muppets like this intentionally trying to cause harm. Hope they get caught.

This is happening around where I cycle, one of the chaps injured runs one of the best bike shops in Leicester. Luckily this kinda of stuff is pretty rare, infact i've noticed the last few years most cars do give bikes plenty of space
