Do I need endlinks if i am lowering?

I have read many places that it is recommended to buy adjustable end links when lowering on coilovers, but my question is...is it recommended to buy adjustable end links if I am going to be lowering the car on Bilstein shocks + lowering springs?

I would assume so, but it doesn't seem like a lot of people replace the end links when lowering on springs.

Any input would be appreciated!

All depends on the lowering springs! If the drop is aggressive you should consider adjustable front and rear links.
