OP, I did a brain fart and didn't realize you had koni/eibach before.

Couple of points on this, and I also have 335xi with koni/eibach(/ZSP). This is a great set up IMHO, however due to XI idiosyncrasies the rear drops way more than the front even using RWD eibachs, AKA the dreaded rear rake. To cure this I swapped out rear ZSP of approx same stiffness but higher ride height and kept front Eibachs. This puts more weight on the front end but the fender gap is now even. Also Eibachs and ZSP are relatively soft springs compared to stock XI or others, say H&R.

So if the V1's are stiffer springs and you leveled out the rear rake, you've increased the spring stiffness and the F/R weight bias so I might expect it to feel a bit more squirrely. However I do not know what the V1's springs' stiffness are.

Another possibility is the Konis are just better shocks esp at the limit than V1's, or at least better at controlling the eibachs than the V1'a are at damping their springs.

I really think based on the comments that the tires are my limiting factor at this point. under hard cornering it feels squishy and all over the road. I will bring it to a reputable alignment shop though and see what they can do.

Yes, if the alignment is good and all the other components are good then tires are the only other thing it could be. With my Pilot Supersports I can do anything maneuver I want and my car feels completely stable. However, when I use my winter tires, that soft sidewall is scary. A quick transition on the highway will easily throw off the stability of my car. The fact that when you increased the tire PSI to 40 further supports this, because in effect that is stiffening the sidewall, and that's why you said it handled better when you did that.

alright so I brought the car to a very reputable shop. They drove the car and noticed what I was describing. They checked the alignment and said it looks perfect. They then put it up on the lift and said everything looks fine. They said its possible that the shocks are too soft for the car, but then they drove it again and believe that what I am experiencing is the sidewall flexing on my tires under hard cornering and I didnt feel this with my previous suspension setup because it was so tight and harsh that it masked this sensation.

I'd swap out the subframe bushings. I had the exact same problem with my 10 335 with right at 60k on it. On high speed long sweeping turns, the backend just fealt like it was wondering all over with every bump. Swapped out subframe bushings and it's perfect now. I did the diff bushings at the same time but highly doubt they would affect this issue.

I dont know if thats the problem though since I got the m3 subframe bushings installed about 35,000 miles ago.

I have conti DWS on my 335xi and they are great all season tires, but they are most likely your issue. I have the same problem if you start pushing the car to hard. It's a great tire, but not a high performance tire.

I have the KW V1 with PSS and really no complaints at all. It holds great. I also had DWS on my previous car like others say they're great all season tire (even awesome in snow) but its not that great when pushed around harder.
