I'm at 130k Km. No issues, except for a low battery resulting from something that happened during warranty (car did not want to start after ASS shutdown) and BMW refused to deal with.
That's low mileage for me. I've had two E46's, also 320d, they each did 250k Km in 5 years, no issues. Just shows wear and tear on the engine is minimal on long distance. It's the cold starts, and miles run below best coolant/oil temps, that cause wear. |

I thought I was bad at 14,291 miles but yours takes the cake. I only drive mine on weekends since I have two other cars and the car is stored in the winter from Dec-April. How come you have so little??? |

2007 e91 335i 6MT, 225000km or 140 000 miles. Injectors and waterpump replaced. The clutch is slipping (JB4 + DCI's + DP's + e85 blend = Too much torque for OEM clutch). I also have wastegate rattle (who doesn't).
Otherwise normal service and maintenance (plugs, brakes, oil etc). A very reliable car and a fast daily driver. Love it! |

Looks like I'll be the King of this thread!
2007 335I- 96K miles, and some change Most fun car I've ever owned, modded, and driven on the track, but most unreliable car ever! replaced a TON of stuff: -Water pump -Thermostat (didn't fail, just precautionary) -3 HPFP's -intake & exhaust solenoids -Motor mounts (both had play. One more than the other) -mechatronic seeling sleeve -auto tranny pan gasket -oil filter housing gasket -oil pan gasket -I drive controller -oem tie rod assemblys froze. >70K -oem sway bar links were all loosey goosey -oem control arms died. >80K good news is the tranny & OEM turbos are just fine.

Bought with 49,XXX (i think) on the clock.. Currently at 96,XXX Maint: -Plugs Regularly -Oil Changes every 3-4k -HPFP (recall) -Oil Filter Housing Gasket -Water Pump (at 84k) Modifications: -Cobb AP (since 65k) Running Stage 2 -Catless Downpipes -BMS Dual Cone Intake Less then 4,000 miles till my CPO warranty is up, am I worried? A little.. But you have to pay to play and this is by far the most fun car I have ever driven. |
