BMW of Alexandria Service

How is the service department at BMW of Alexandria? Is there a good SA I should ask for? I need to get an oil change and couple other small things done. I've been going to BMW of Sterling in the past, but my new office is close to Alexandria. I just want to make sure they don't damage my car or curb my wheels. Also, how easy is it to get a loaner car? Thanks.

It's good - been in for service several times, no hassle, always get a loaner, work is always done on time.

My SA is Dina Tran.

I would see Mariam, she is cool, and doesn't give me crap for bringing my car in with mods....... I do of course remove my tune

I agree...my car was there and my SA is Mariam, got me a loaner too. Just FYI...if you need a loaner call a day ahead and go in the morning. Last time they ran out of loaners and 'forgot' to tell me causing me to sit there for 30 min wondering and had to call a co worker to come get me.

Very easy to get nice loaner. If you are out of the maintenance plan I would go somewhere else for oil as they are very expensive.

Yup, get there first thing in the morning early in the week and you'll get a good loaner. The one time I went there, I got a 335d

They had a bunch of brand new 328i verts as well.
