BMW Joy Sales Event!
From bmwusa.com:
$579*/month for 36 months which includes a $2,500 Holiday Finance Credit. Does anyone know how this works? It says you can apply it to a 36 month lease (which is what I just ordered), but what is the catch/restriction?

The catch is, at least here on the West Coast, they can't move cars. So, they'll give you some money up front. They probably figure it sounds better than offering 3.0% APR. Instead people think OMG, I get $2,500 off the price of the car (even though the APR is higher, you only see a small increase in your monthly payments as opposed to a big chunk of money up front)!!!! Advertising.

^^^ ding ding ding, we got a winner. definitely a marketing angle...you'll see the $2500 but your money factor will be slightly higher so your monthly is about the same. also read the fine print, how much down are they asking for? what kind of package does the car include? cuz you can get that payment on nicely equipped 335 with that $2500 credit and another $2000 out of pocket
