Rail Pressure Collapse

About a week ago I went to get a datalog as I am trying to diagnose a 29E0 code that I have had for the past few months and when I was about at the end of the pull my rail pressure collapsed. My HPFP seemed to have shut down or something because my rail pressure was nearly equivalent to my low-pressure sensor, correct me if I'm wrong. When this happened, the car went into limp mode and I received these two codes: 29E0 Mixture Control and 29F1 Fuel pressure, plausibility. From what I have seen, 29F1 is caused by fuel pressure instability and people have solved their issues by replacing the LP Fuel sensor and HP sensor. I have already replaced my HP sensor a few months ago, so considering that could it be between the LP sensor and HPFP? if you guys would, tell me what you think. Datalog attached below:
