Should I hold off till March to order?

Doing some searches, seems BMW will do some updates in the March build. I'm thinking about doing ED in April for a 335i, should I hold off until March build to get any potential updates, fixes, etc?

I am planning on doing late April ED as well. I know that you need a few months' lead time to order for ED, typically someplace between 2 and 3 months worth. I'm planning to place the order in late Jan/early Feb, and expect that it won't be built until the March production run begins. I may also try to grab a 335xi (assuming my dealer will accept orders for one in late January), which would pretty much guarantee March production or later.

I'm also planning on ordering the car around April timeframe. However I was not aware of those updates. Where can I read more about those updates? My searching are not as good as yours since I can't seem to find anything to that effect.

I picked up my 330 at the end of april this year. I put my order in the second week of Feb and the car was built the first week of April.

The build month will be dependent on upcoming production and parking space on the ED lot. So, I would definitely order mid-Feb so that there is no chance your car will be built that month ... of course, assuming there will be updates in March as there were in 06.

Typically an April Munich pick-up would be a March build. If you want to really be safe and get in on any upgrades/changes, I'd suggest a mid-late April pick-up; so that, it'd be a mid-March production.

Assuming E92 335i, you need to order now. If is E90 335i, you can order in March. Most dealer said that e92 335i is about 3 to 4 months.

For April pickup, you can wait until January, if there are going to be any updates, you will know by then......
