It's actually not an unreasonable question/thread/topic.

In the field of consumer behaviour, we know that sound affects behaviour and has a major impact on experience. That's why BMW and others spend a lot of time engineering sound.

Did they spend some time on the sound of turn signal? Probably. Does it appeal to everyone? No. But in my case neither does the damn alert which comes on when it's cold. IT'S GOING TO BE COLD FOR THE NEXT FIVE MONTHS! SHUT IT!
