Paint shop recommendations (GTA)

Any shop recommendations in the GTA to get my Yakima storage box colour matched Alpine White at a reasonable rate?

Here's a quick iphone snap of the snowboarding rig:

plasti dip it ... cheaper

and if you don't like the color down the road ... you can peel it off and re-spray.

Any Carstar will do a good job, but probably at regular shop rates.
I have someone in sauga/etobicoke, but I'll have to get back to you with info.

Thanks for the responses guys! I'm still debating if I'm going to do this ~ I love the look of colour-matched cargo boxes..It's weird, I know, but I dig it on wagons!! Definitely not going to go the Plastidip route ~ still haven't seen a nice result with that stuff; even applied through an airbrush.

Cool thanks for the link dude, I'll give them a shout.

The snowboard set up looks silly indeed, but it's VERY functional! Allows me to take one more passenger, but more importantly keeps Ontario road salt off the gear.

I think painting it would be around $200 - $250 ange. Prepping it would take time and that's the major component of the cost.

Do it yourself wrap in carbon fiber film. Will look snazzy and everyone will want to steal it.

I would take it to Pat or Ron at StreetXtreme. They will take good care of you.

I would not plasti dip it, everytime I see people use that stuff it looks horrible.

There is a guy that paint matched it with his Audi, he goes to some of the cruises with Saturn. I think it looks great:

Further to my post above.

I would do one of two options:

1. Paint it to match your car at StreetXtreme, then go to Shinzo and get some decals done for it.

2. Get is wrapped white to match you car at Shinzo, and then get some decals on it to finish it off.

Wrapping will look professional and is not permanent in case you ever want to sell it down the road. If you dont care about that, then just paint it for a perfect color match!

I thought Shinzo no longer do wrapping.

Unless you are very well known to the owners. Shinzo elects to focus their business on the commercial side which is much more profitable ... so I hear & read in other car forums.

Havok, that's exactly the car that prompted me to investigate this! That Audi looks GANGSTER with the blue LoPro!!

And, I hear what you're saying about perhaps doing a white vinyl wrap! I got some more thinking to do!

Thanks again for all the responses guys!

I'm about 60-70% done on the video..its taking a while. Lots of video footage.

There is white carbon fiber too!!!!! SNAZZYYY!!!!

I think my car was one of the last standard car wraps Shinzo did... mid last summer.

They only do commercial and marketing now.

Its too bad .. they have done the best job in all of the installers I got to wrap pieces of my car.

white vinyl film won't match, alpine white looks bit yellow when comparing with 3m 1080 glossy white film. did wrap on splitters for e90, didnt match well
