Just to update something I brought up earlier in the thread. The rattle I heard was not able to be tuned out by my friend but he said it's a normal rattle. I may end up playing with the actuator arm. Looking into it more now..

Same problem. I have brand new turbos from dealer. No rattle. Put jb4 and downpipes back on, and bam... Rattle again. Seems like best setting for me is 60 on menu 10 and 30 on menu 12. Still rattles on light acceleration but those settings were the best possible for me. Seems like for me the lower I go on menu 10 the worse the rattle gets. Why is this? I thought the lower the more it's supposed to mask the rattle?! I also changed ALL my vacuum lines including ones that go to my turbo

Yeah I can't hear my rattle at all except on acceleration until about 3k or so. Other than that it doesn't rattle at all during idle or revving. I'm thinking I just need to live with it since I don't see a solution since I doubt the actuator rod has loosened up already.
