You have to catch a break at some point so I have faith it will turn out all good.
Man you may want to take step back and see if you wronged someone somewhere somehow, because you got some bad karma goin on here! LOL

^^ I know, but after I thought about all the problems I have had, I realized WHAT IF I had these problems AFTER my OEM Warranty expired? I do have my CPO warranty but it doesnt cover nearly as much and I would be paying the $50 fee for at least the 3 different times I have had to go in for different issues.

So yes I have had Terrible luck in one way, but good luck I guess in another. Plus I think once I get this car detailed and the seal fixed I will have time to go to the next step.

MODDING..

OH yeah another thing I noticed when I was looking at my car, is there is a small crease in the plastic bumper that is right behind the drivers side wheel well, could it have been there and somehow with the heat or something pop up?

I know it sounds stupid, but IT WAS NOT there yesterday when I took the picture of the dent in the front of the tire wheel well, and nobody parked near me at work today and I have a big driveway at my house and nobody parks on that side?

So how in the hell do these dents/dings keep popping up? I mean I am always looking at my car in different lighting and b4 getting into it each time, and it seems I see a new mark every day now???

Well I have to wait a week or 2 until the detailer comes out, good news is he quoted me a fair price and will definatly be doing a 2 stage. I saw a 2002 envoy he helped with and I wish I remebered the link, cause it was simply jaw dropping going from what it was to what it is now...

So if they can do that to an old ass Envoy, my JB bimmer should be good 2 go

Another dent!, Shit dude get the car detailed and sell this bitch! Things are not supposed to go like this with a newer car. This thing is tainted. I have not heard you post one positive thing about this car yet, other than the waranty still being in effect.
I have a friend with the same stuff going on with his car. 06 Audi A3, been painted 5 different times, yes no exageration 5 times. Not the whole car, mainly just bumpers and rear hatch but still, told him the same thing, just sell it and try something else.

^^ yeah I dont know, I am hoping that all the big issues are over with now. But the problem is I cant afford a brand new 3 series, and if I get another used one, I fear that the same stuff will happen. I could get a NEW 2010 Ford Fusion sport v6 though?

HAHHAHA

I think the detail is what you need to break the curse. And what would you rather be driving? An E90 or a Fusion?

Although, I have to give credit to Ford for really trying to turn things around and make a good car. We have an '09 F350 Crew which is great, but until last year I would have never considered buying a Ford passenger car or SUV at all.

^^ thanks buddy, yeah I am keeping the bimmer and with a paint correction detail of 90% or better, I think I will really fall in love with my car, at least have that same feeling I had when I bought it and it looked so damn good.
