They might sell the most bmws but the sales guy I encountered back in summer who supposedly get a lot of sales had a sh*tty attitude and quite cocky. Of course I'm buying from the dealer not the sales so this shouldn't matter that much but having that kind of *ss sales around doesn't make the dealer look too good

I finally ordered mine at BJ...went to autowest before that. The fact is, when you are in autowest, it just felt like nobody cares about you. Had a great time in BJ...got about $2000 off cuz i'm a returning customer. sales' name is Calvin btw...young guy and really easy going. Hope that helps!

the BMW store gave me crap
i was so pissed when they gave my car to someone else and gave me an aftermarket parking sensors as factory one
they told me I have to wait for 3 months
so I am like
not happi but took it anyways
my parents came back
didn't know about it
so asked the guy ( i dun want to say his name ) wtf is with the sensor
he told them that I didn't waited for a few extra day
had fightes with my parents just because of that guy

i actually got better service at autowest than the bmw store or BJ

we went to the bmw store last year to get an E60 because we heard they give better prices than other dealers, and the sales was cocky and stuff, but we still ended up getting it from them

then this year we went to autowest to look at the E90 and the sales was much more friendly and helpful than the BMW store...he actually approached us and offered to help in like 5min after we got in

the worst was brianjessel...we went in like 45min~1hr before their closing time
and stood for 15 freakin min and no one even bothered asking if we needed help or not...when we were all prepared to get an E90. they all just sat at their desks doing sh*t
so we got pissed and ended up getting my 330i at autowest

that was horrible. you know what, if i were you, i will look over the order form again and see if the parking sensor should be a factory one or not, if it does, you are most likely be able to sue them/made a claim report on that dealer. if i were you, i wouldn't even yield in this situation, i mean it's so easy to get a car somewhere else that should have what you need and then they can install the parking sensor too, then why buy from the original dealer?
