dealership that doesnt care about mods

hey everyone, i have a 08 e90 xi and was just wondering if anyone has taken their cars in with mods on and not been given any problems. if so what are ur mods and which dealership u take it to. i originally purchased my car from elmhurst bmw. im due in for an oil change thats still under warranty and i dont wanna deal with them telling me its not under warranty bc of aftermarket parts on the car. tks

i take our cars to westmont bmw and they seem really cool with it. the only bad thing is that my sa i always go to is leaving at the end of this week. i gotta ask him if any of the other sa's there are laid back as him. you can check my garage for the list of mods that i have installed on the cars.

I took my car to Elmhurst for service with exhaust and they didn't seem to mind. As I started modding more, I luckily met Andre at Westmont, so I took it there. As stated above, though, he's leaving

dam that sucks that hes leaving sounds like he would of been where i go to next..let me know if u find anyone else like him.. any other dealerships anyone can recommend that they dont say anything about ur mods

from what others have been saying:

patrick in schaumburg- marc
laurel in westmont- andre (since he's leaving, you could maybe ask him for suggested SA's)
jacobs in naperville- ryan burton
perillo in chicago - lol

Marc left ? That sucks I went to him once super easy and cool guy to work with. Where's he and Andre going? But Ryan at Naperville is great. I followed him from westmont, tell him Carlos sent ya. He'll do dverything he can to help u out.

I also keep wondering if these guys are going to get in trouble if we keep mentioning them by name on these boards. So I only mentioned it once on this thread. But don't forget to add Gus at Knauz to the list.

you talkin bout gettin the SA in trouble? i see your point but id say no, its not like they're replacing engines under the table. merely exceptional and outstanding service providers who go beyond their job description. if i were a manager id think of it as a compliment if they were mentioned here, just my feeling

exactly.
keep in mind, these guys are paid based off of sales and customer service index so its only in their best interest to make sure you/we are all satisfied 100%

Contact Timo at Patrick, just went in for an oil change with dci, tune, cat less dps and fmic. No problems whatsoever.
