335i question

Hi guys after owning my 335 for a few weeks now I've noticed a few things
One thing I noticed today was how hot the engine gets I have no error messages but
what I noticed is the engine was still really hot after being parked for like say 2-3 hours
Is this normal ?

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but never owned a car like this before
Thanks

They do run stupidly hot to be fair. What oil temps are you getting?

Normally runs just below 120 which is about the halfway mark or just under
Which I have read is normal
Like even after 5 hours of being parked can still feel some heat from the engine

And Before liquid started leaking think it was screen wash

Liquid could be run off from the air con/climate.... A pal at work waited 3 hrs for recovery due to leaking fluid, got laughed at, slapped and told to drive on... Lol

You could be right there I did have the Ac during the day , came home parked up then started the car back up immidietly went to the shops came back again turned the car off and then it started leaking

It was leaking from underneath the drivers door area smallish puddle
I checked the screen wash and the level is full

Yeah I will do thanks for that mate
Ill update if it keeps happening

I have a 2010 model so the N55,
In low revs there is a slight rattle coming from the exhaust which goes when you give it some more revs

Kind of dispells my 2 turbo comment then. Rattling wastegate on the turbo, you got warranty?

Yeah only purchased it 3-4 weeks ago it's an AUC car
I've read a lot about the wastegate rattle on the N54 not on the N55

Another thing I should add is the revs fluctuate on idle from say 600 rpm to just under 1000
Mainly happens when the car is warm and coming to a stop at lights

Car as at bmw last week who said they can't find nothing however they updated the engine software and reset all the adaptions and see how it goes
