New-Member Checking in (PICS)
Hello Everyone,
I drove my buddy's 335i coupe back in 2008, and I've wanted one ever since. I loved the power, handling and design. As a result, I recently picked up a 2007 CPO 335i coupe. It's silver on gray with Nav, heated seats and sports package. My previous two cars were both Lexus: IS300 & IS350. (Pictures below)...I constantly hear Bimmers are not reliable, but the 335i is truly fun to drive. On a side note, I'm currently nagging the dealership to install an oil cooler and bill BMW of NA. We shall see what happens. IS300 IS350 335i |

Nice cars. I was between the is350 and 335i. You wont regret it!! The only major problems are HPFP few rattles and Waste-gate problems. I've had 0 problems so far except minor rattles/seat squeaks. CONGRATS!

Thanks everyone! I also had an Eclipse, which was also silver. Lexus does make some reliable vehicles, but now I'm a proud of owner of a 335i. It's definitely a nice color combo.

Welcome to e90post... please move all of your money into an account you cannot touch for 1 year because you will be tempted to spend on that 335 once you start seeing some of the mods...
BTW have the dealer check out your hood alignment. It seems to be a little high above your left headlight... Nice Altezza/IS300

I used to drive an IS300 before and now I move onto a 335i.
It's definitely a fun ride. You will enjoy it

Thanks for the info. The mod bug has already hit me. I'll have the dealer check on the hood. Oh yeah, BMW of NA will not pay for the oil cooler, since I'm not the original owner. Thanks everyone! |
