Fuel sender problem..
I have a BMW E91 320D , which only measures 20 liters on the left sender , and 35liters on the right , with a full tank
I have a GT1 Bmw tester also, but only revert to this when i havn´t got the option of diagnostic with the Autologic After change of the sender, the measurement is still the same 20 liters instead of 27,5 for the left side on a full tank If i manually lift the sender float up, the measurement registers as full, but in the tank, it doesn´t .. Anyone with any suggestions?

wow... that's a good one.
is it in any way possible that the float is getting stuck on something when in the tank? i've never had one apart, so I have zero knowledge here, but if you get a good reading when holding the float by hand, I'd have to assume that something in the tank is getting in the way... good luck... I hope someone has a better answer. |
Appreciate
