How to Remove JB4

Okay I feel silly for asking this but Im just very cautious about this sort of stuff...

So I decided to make my life a bit more inconvenient by purchasing a Pin-Out JB3 to save some extra cash.... I installed and uninstalled it myself twice now. I just upgraded to the JB4 a few months ago using the instructions here...

Its been such a while I really dont remember the minor modifications I had to make to do the upgrade per Terry's instructions. I've taken a look at the install PDF and that makes sense but the minor wire changes kind of have me nervous. Im not sure where they are suppose to go. Sounds like there are already in the stock position so I can keep them where they are and just remove put the rest of the pins back to stock?

You can just delete the codes, or see if you have any and then take it there. Thats what I did with my JB3 and dealer didnt give me any problems.
