help please. Fitment issue with Performance diffusor

I have an extra set of e90 LCI Performance Diffusor.
Part number is 51192153917
OEM BMW Performance E90 & E90 LCI Diffusor Pack. Fits BMW Performance and rear M Aerodynamic Bumpers. Kit includes diffusor and left/right covers.

And recently sold it to this gentleman in Vietnam.
His rear bumper looks like an M aerodynamic bumper right?:

When he tried to install, they dont fit.

This is his diffusor for the comparison:

What's wrong with my diffusor? or his bumper?

Is his bumper a oem BMW bumper or aftermarket?

I've been told that the factory diffusers fit the aftermarket bumpers (by the aftermarket vendor - so take that for what it's worth) but don't know if that is actually true...

If he has a pre-lci m-tech bumper then he is going to have to do some trimming.

He purchased the whole M Aero kit. I believed. He gave me the part number 51952147162, but I couldnt find what it is from realoem.com
