Has anybody fixed there tc issues before like this problem?

I have a2009 328i 6mt. my traction light kicks on and the traction control comes on all the time under normal driving. I had my car scanned and its a D358 code. I put a new battery in the car and its still there. the only fix that I read was to hit the ABS module with an air hammer a few times and see if that fixes it. I feel like that would damage the unit. Has anybody else ever had this issue? what year abs modules would work in my car. Is there a good website to find a good used one? Could it be anything else? all the times are the same and all new and I still have this issue

I tried to hit it with a screw driver and hammer but it still acts up

is there a good place to buy a abs module from? it seems like there are a bunch on ebay
