Fog light Question - Bright dots?
Hey guys,
Quick question. I'm thinking about returning my Hoen Xenonmatches. I don't know if this was regular on stock or not, but can you all see the bulbs when the fog lights are on? Like that? Most people's fog lights on the forums flood the light assembly so it just looks like a bright circle, but my lights has 2 little bright dots (bulbs). Any suggestions on if this is normal for the 35w bulb or should I return them due to defects? Also, what fogs do you guys suggest I get instead? I'm not sure I can dish out 150 for an HID kit unless all you peeps with bright "light filled" fogs are running HIDs (I understand HID's are gonna be brighter, but I'm just more interested in color matching my Lux8's and light evenly flooding the fog light assembly instead of the 2 bright dots ) Last edited by chewiechewie; 01-24-2010 at 01:45 PM.. |

I have HID fogs on mine. They were kinda expensive because you need cancelation boxes to make them work. I have 6k they match good with the factory adaptive lights. And the hids do flood the entire fog it looks good, worth the money I spent

i think it's normal.. just compare day time pictures of other people's fogs or take picture at night and white balance on the camera will adjust to night and make your fogs look brighter..
