I found out you can fix the CEL light with some coding.
So hmmm guess that means I'll get headers soon

Yup. I'd like to suggest people avoid OBX headers. You get what you pay for... They really are pretty low quality headers. For the current generation civic si people are using these and noticing little gains at all and a very unreliable cheaply made header.

Any state that does emissions testing will most likely fail you. I am new to BMW's so I am not sure how you go about tuning/coding the car to have the secondary o2 sensor read appropriately.

With my 08 civic si I had a race header and no cat and completely removed the secondary o2 sensor, but I was able to use flashpro to make the ECU read correctly and pass inspection no problem.

+1 As soon as summer comes, I'm planning on installing these headers with an AA tune.

I plan to have them on before summer, hopefully someone else will have a soundclip before I get them on so I can hear what sound it has. I know my GTO's both sounded incredible with shortie and long tube headers with cat delete pipes.

I'd like to clarify something that was probably answered by Gavin already but here goes. With headers it won't make a difference whether or not the secondaries are still on the car with or without them, the car won't pass smog either way? Does it make a performance difference at all? If it doesn't pass then I might as well delete everything and start from scratch with all new piping minus the secondaries and resonator after the headers and add a new muffler since I'm running without one at the moment. I still have yet to see video of headers and muffler only that is better than a droid recording. (gavin :P)
