New OEM turbos w/ weird whistle. HELP
Hey guys,
I got new OEM turbos about a month ago, and have been trying to figure out what this awful noise is that happens with cold start or when randomly driving. I heard of turbo siren / whistle but that doesn't sound like my problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could fix this?  |

Welcome to the wonderful world of SPOOLING... I just got new turbos and my car now spools at such low RPM that I can actually hear my turbos spool even when I'm driving at low RPM.

You know, my WGs rattled so bad I had to have them open as far as possible, so I never had spool on my car until 4k. Now with the new turbos I can hear the turbos spool when I start the car or as I'm driving. Trust me it's loud. I almost feel like getting under my car tomorrow to make sure the dealer actually hooked up the intake on the turbos they are that loud spooling.
