Just got the kit today!

Still though, really wondering if it will work with my 2007 e92 with iDrive, though. Here is a picture of the kit:

Let me know if it works (you can control music from steering wheel) and do you install it by yourself or let someone do it for you?

Warning. If your cars have i-drive the kits this guy sell is not for it. He will tell you that he can get the kit with the right part number and even pic of it for you and then send you a completely different kit. So if your car doesn't have i-drive then it's ok but with i-drive it wont work.

not sure if this is the right kit so i have a question. is this the one thatll change out the aux only in the arm rest to aux+usb and be able to control through steering wheel and radio? basicall the setup on the 09 models

Damn... really hoping that is not true. I will check with a bmw tech soon and see what he says. I have an iDrive so seems like this will be useless for me from what you said

Got it an tried to install, but it's not working correctly - just get a 'telephone active' error message. My kit didn't come with the multi-function steering wheel buttons shown in the instructions.

Sent PM to e90ish, but haven't recevied a reply.
