I want one, but they are just too damm expensive. anywhere from $600-$1000 depending on coverage desired. I can repaint the whole front end of my car for less then that.

I love mine! I'll have it done on all my future cars. Expensive, but well worth it!

+1. I don't regret buying it for a second.

I didn't have it on my e36 m3 or my first e46. I had it on the e46 m3 and don't have it on the 335. I liked it well enough, but haven't gotten around to getting it done this time. I think it is a personal preference thing (that sounds really obvious, I know). I guess if you are concerned enough about the stone chips on your car to justify the cost, it is worth it. I can't think of any downside to a it unless you get a bad installer or can't justify the cost.

Would not purchased another new car without installing it. A repaint is never the same as factory paint and brings down the resale value of a car.

No regrets. I'll be the first to tell you to get the entire front clear-bra'd.

next car i will for sure. didnt know about clearbras until after i got into cars. but the first time i do, i'll probably go full front bumper, full hood, full quarters, headlights/fogs, and mirrors. i've seen clearbras that go like 7inch up the hood or whatever... not clean at all. more expensive... but better flowing in the long run.

Clear bra protection is one of the best investments you can make for your car, bar none!

To the person that said they can paint their car for the price of a clear bra... Thats true.. but, your paint job is aftermarket, you deal with body shop hassles, the paint will never be 100% the same, and in certain cases, it never matches perfectly unless its blended into the doors and pillars.. Just saying from experience.. 2nd... until you do repaint your car after a couple or more years, the paint will be banged up, damaged, chipped and old looking.. The clear bra will still look fresh and chip free after 2 years or longer. I have had my venture-shield clear bra (done by Aerotect in Socal) and my front end is as brand new as day one.

Hope that helps.

Correct and great point. A repaint is always prone to chip easier and bigger.
