I bought all my CF products from him and was just going to buy more and every single thing about him is "not available" anymore, like his forum was deleted or somthing. Anyone know?

Short story:
On 22 feb I purchased E92 black kidney grilles.
Now it is 23 march and the grilles are not here...

Long story:

On Sat, Feb 13, 2010 at 1:41 PM I first contact him.

Then he replied that he will be at work on Feb. 22

On Sat, Feb 20, 2010 at 11:13 PM I emailed him that I want E92 grilles

On Sun, Feb 21, 2010 at 4:20 AM He replied me to paypal him the money.

On Mon, Feb 22, 2010 at 10:52 PM I`ve mailed him that I`ve send the money.

No answer...

On Tue, Feb 23, 2010 at 11:13 PM I`ve asked him again.

On Wed, Feb 24, 2010 at 11:42 AM He answered that the delivery will take from 7 to 14 days and that the item is shipped.

On Mon, Mar 15, 2010 at 9:45 AM I asked him how long usually it takes to delive item to europe.

No answer and I asked him again on 19 March

And here is the answer he gave me... "Sorry, what did you want to sell me? I can not get it from "???" His answer is from 20 March



I don`t know what to do. Should I contact paypal?

^ if things couldnt be work out, then you should contact paypal. i would cuz after certain amount of time paypal would not let u dispute the payment.

is that why he is banned? he sent me a damaged cf spoiler and insist that i file a international damage report at the post office and i had submitted it and they took the item for inspection then denied the claim because they stated it was the senders responsibility to claim for a damaged item and i cannot in anyway claim the insurance for the item. is this correct?

It has now been about 2 months and i tried to contact him a few days ago by email but no luck with getting a response yet.
