Connected App

I have a 2011 335i e92 and I cannot make this iPhone 4S Connected App connected. Help? I have the latest update, I don't know what else to do...

Do you have the password? You need to press the SOS button and they will talk you through.

The connected app requires 6NR - BMW Apps in the car. Does the car have BMW APPs?

Think that's the "My BMW" remote app.

Are you using the apple cable? You can't use the BMW y connector

I don't think my car has 6NR, but it does have this "iPod and USB adapter" I have no idea what that is though

find "connected drive" on your menu and you'll see BMW apps...if you can't find either one then you do not have 6NR. if you can find "connected drive" but not the latter then your car is not outfitted with BMW apps which is a $250 option

What he said.... It doesn't look like you have BMW Apps. I think you can use the app for some features on your phone but it won't work with the car unless you add BMW Apps - 6NR.

Although, the "My BMW" remote app should work as long as you have BMW Assist (which you do).

The my bmw apps is crap. I used it and sucks 90% of the time.

The connected app you just need the correct cable.
