Is it possible to drill out a wheel stud?

I have locking studs and I lost the key somewhere in my house. My lock studs look like this:

Is it possible to use cobalt drill bits drill it out? Small hole first, then bigger hole, then bigger hole, then tap.

If its doable, what is the thread and pitch of the wheel studs?

Thanks.

Pound a socket it on it and remove as a normal bolt. Wheel locks are pointless.

Sockets do not work on those, it has a spinning collar on it. We had to drill it,even with brand new mac cobalt bits it really didnt drill much. Ended up having to use the air hammer. It got messy, really messy. Do yourself a favor, take it to the dealer if you cant find the key code, they have a master set and can get it off for you.

So to sum it up, drilling wont work either will Pounding on a socket.

Option 1 - Figure out who made it and order new key lock.

Option 2 - Weld a bolt to the center of lock and remove.

As long as you get a solid weld on it, this should work. Just make sure it's solid because those things are torqued down tiiiiiiight!

dealer should be able to order it for about 25 bucks but your going to need The eight digit code number on the adapter code card or
the three digit number that is stamped on the adapter of
the master key set because there are 20 different variations of coded keys. Also some service dept lose some adapters along the way so they no longer have a full set. Did the dealer you went to have all twenty?
