Funny You asked for an M6 wheel on an E92. I went to the BMW dealership today to talk to them about this exact thing. I got a quote of $2499 for the 4 rims plus around +/- $370 per runflat tire. Those together would be the price fully installed. They don't know yet if they will fit because no one knows too much about wheels for the E92.
What I want to do is get the 335i with sport and try and sell those tires and wheels right out the boat to maybe a 328i owner. So if anyone is interested in that PM me and I'll remember for future reference. This pic doesn't show how amazing the M6 wheels are but anyways heres one I got from the forum.

Help about to buy these, but have an offset question. I've read that you should go with +38 front, +40 back, but the person I'm talking to said they have 30, 35, and 40 - no 38. I used the offset calculator, but to be honest, I'm not really sure what would be a problem and what wouldn't. Would it be better to run with +35 or +40 in the front, or will it really matter? Any help would be great!

Hi, BMWoo
About 5 hours ago, I just go the a local shop that have the size 9.5x19 with et40(rear) and 8.5x19 with et35(Front). So they do have some variation of offset.they also carry the et15 front and et20 rear for the E60 5 series. What I ask them,is to sell me the front with et35 and the rear with the et20.But they refused saying it would make it hard for them to sell the other pairs. I think et40 for the rear is too inside, you need at least 12mm spacer to max 15mm spacer. So I prefer to have the E60 spec et20.(might have to roll the fender a bit. For the front et 35 is good, and you might still able to add 8mm spacer. But since they are not going to sell me those size combination that I prefer, I might end up ordering an Italian made one with 9x19 et 37 front (add 5 to 10mm spacer) and 9,5x19 et 28 rear. I wonder will 9x19 et 37 with 5mm or 10mm spacer in front might rub either with strut or fender.Anybody can help me ? |

Most are using:
19x8.5 (front) with 38mm offset 19x9.5 (Rear) with 20mm offset and it looks great...you shouldn't have a problem with rubbing unless you hit a huge bump, even with the sport package. |

Really,
Well I am lucky then, I buy the rear 9.5x19 with et28. I almost bought the et20.But since I am planning to use 275/30/19 in the rear,I decide use 28 instead.cause I read people only put 265 with et20 and slight rubbing. But now I know it is not only slight rubbing problem. If there is still gap with the fender,I can always add 5mmspacer and will be et23. Sorry for out of topic but, Pretender, the picture in your avatar is a 1993 BMW M5 right?I love those model and those wheel.it looks like the 850CSi wheel right? Welp, I just bought the M5 rep 19s, 8.5 +38 and 9.5 +20. My car has the sport package. I will rarely ever have someone in the back seat.
I was basically told that +38/+20 was what he'd recommend for a somewhat aggressive look... I've read through all of the posts in this thread, and I'm going to buy the same size tires as everyone else (245/35/19 in the front, 275/30/19 in the back), but I'm really concerned about both rubbing and appearance now. My car will be here next week, and I plan on putting the rims and tires on immediately. I can probably get the rears switched out immediately, but would need to order them. Based on what everyone has dealt with thus far with 9.5/+20 in the back, should I cancel that order and go with a higher offset?

If you can switch to higher offset for the rear, would it still be the 9.5in or smaller? If still 9.5in then switch with higher offset, and for the aggressive look, buy spacer.
But if the only available 9.5in size came with et 20 and if you have rubbing problem then, you might try to roll your fender, and do minus camber alignment (like -2.5 or -3 perhaps).Hopefully, your tyre do not rub the fender after the two above treatment. Good Luck |

And with Et20, I suggest you use the 265 size instead of 275 size for the rear.If people with 265 et20 already rub the fender, imagine what a 275 will do to your fender.

purity, thanks for your response - I may end up switching them.
In any case, does anyone else have 9.5" +20 in the back w/ sport? Have any problems rubbing?

I have the M5 OEM wheels with PS2 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 tires I had on my 550. The offset is 38 front, 20 rear. Anyone else running this combination on their e90?
