BEE EMS or Autohaus Hornsby

Has anyone had their car serviced at either BEE EMS or Autohaus at Hornsby?

I know the other option is Peter Mabey in Crows Nest..

Any thoughts / experiences would be great.

When comes to mechanic maintaining/service I will only go back to my dealer or Advan. And when comes to any car modification included changing parts, I will only choose Advan because those guys really know what they're doing and deliver great custom service. Been using them since my first BMW. Just my 2c's, hope that helps.

Thanks - Advan is abit far from the north shore though..

The thing that is starting to annoy me with the dealer is - the guy that you're dealing with doesn't know anything about the cars. He is just some desk jockey who manages 20 cars a day.

When you ask them so, what was done, what oils do you use etc? They simply pull up the invoice and read the obvious. Nothing insightful and they don't even know which is your car.

Advan is indeed a fair way out, but they provide an excellent service and know the cars inside out.

If you just wish to get a run of the mill service (oil change/filter changes) most guys are in and out within the hour so you can wait while it is done.

So not only do they provide a much better 'service' they also will save you money, bit of a no brainer really!

Just try and stay away from Justin, as he is fantastic at giving you ideas on how to modify/improve your car and before you know it you will have caught the 'modification bug'

Whilst I would recommend Advan, I've also used BMS Autohaus in Darlinghurst, they're very good as well and perhaps a little more convenient for you.

I love Advan great service and good price but now working Mon-Fri hard to find time and Advan dont service on Sat so I serviced my car at BMS Autohaus who also opens on Saturday and really friendly stuff that explains exactly what's happening with your car.
