Bimmers we've dyno'ed

We've been doing a good number of BMW dyno sessions recently, so I thought I'd share some of them here. If you had a session with us in the past few days, I haven't yet completed all the video editing on those, but I will be able to post them up soon.

Numbers are at the end of each video, unless the owner requested we not publish them.

I'll add to this thread from time to time.

$100/hour, $35/hour extra for air/fuel analysis. Sorry, we do not have the OBD-II module.

Same as above -- an hour is the minimum. The exception is on our dyno days, when we do a bunch of cars in one day. The slots are only 40 minutes long and the price is lower. We'll probably have a dyno day around mid-September.

There are some others. TurboXS in Gaithersburg has one. Curry's has a Mustang dyno, I think, although I haven't heard much about that lately. PTuning has a Dyno Dynamics one.

oh thats funny, thats what i'm running exactly. If he's on the 42lb injectors that came with his kit he should be limited to around 14.5psi before he runs out of fuel. I'm adding around 1200cc's of 100% meth and running 15-16psi.

good to know.....should put me ~470-480whp or maybe a touch more. all speculation.

nickg doesn't have a tune for 60lbers but other companies do. I'm trying to decide what to do with my tune as k love nicks tunes but want to love to 60lbers for the added headroom.

Yeah, I was debating about doing some meth to see if I make much gains.

you will especially in warmer weather when your IAT's are high.

keep in mind thought if your not tuned for it you'll run rich and your timing will be very soft for the fuel.

not ideal but safe.
