Do i need to worry about this?
Hey guys!
Recently i got my valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket and the valve cover replaced by the dealer. This weekend i decided to change my oil as usual and found these particles in my oil filter. The particles are rubber-ish and no metal particles were found in the filter itself. You guys think these are gasket pigments? if so, is there something i should be concern about? Thanks in advance! https://www.dropbox.com/s/qocw2oynoe...%20AM.jpg?dl=0 |

I wouldn't worry about it. It looks like gasket material that was scraped off.
