Bootlid trunks are good looking?

Do most of you guys think bootlid trunks on E9x are good looking? I have looked at at least 200 pics of bootlid trunk and regular trunks with spoilers and some look great and some look ricey. I have an e90 and planning on doing LCI conversion with Mtec Rear bumper and Performance diffuser but I'm debating on the trunk whether to bootlid or not. And which bootlid trunk has the least amount of "height"?

In my opinion the bootlid was a necessity and finished off my rear end (teehee). My buddy is a major euro car nut and he didn't like it in the pictures but once he saw it in person he completely changed his mind.

I'm guessing you're talking about CSL trunk? If so, I think the Challenge is one the nicest one I saw and it doesn't look too high...
