H&R sports drop on non-sports suspension

alright i know this have been cover a couple times and i went over a couple threads too but there are many different point of view etc.

i really want to clear up how would the H&R sports springs do on the stock NON-sports package suspension from an expert. also roughtly how much of a drop would it be then from the NON-sports package suspension?

all help would be welcome and appreicated as i am close to purchasing the springs and get it done before it gets too cold! thanks.

I'm not an expert either but don't lower your car unless you get good aftermarket shocks with the springs.

The H&R sport springs are shorter than stock springs that's where the drop comes from. When installed with stock shocks, the shocks are constantly under compressed/pressured and will eventually be bottomed-out. It usually happens after about a year depends on how hard you drive it. The symptom is very bouncy after you hit a bump at higher speed. It feels like you're going to lose control of the car after the bump.

I have had two sets of "performance" springs installed before just for the looks but eventually swapped out for coilovers due to "bottomed-out". Two charges of labor cost to do the swapping were kind of expensive so I'd go with KW V2 in the 1st place
